The Knightsbridge Area

London’s exclusive Knightsbridge, in the fabulous Royal Borough Of Kensington & Chelsea, is where style is at in Central London. It is one of London’s most attractive areas and it’s flagship store, the unique Harrods, and a host of renowned couture houses all give the area an elegant exclusivity that is second to none. Harrods has over 300 departments within the store and is itself one of London’s major tourist attractions employing over 3000 staff.

Harvey Nichols is a chic alternative just along the road  – a brilliant place to buy quality designer wear and a huge range of beauty products. Along Sloane Street, many exclusive brands have their large, stylish London shops – Christian Dior, Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Aramani to name but a few. There are lots of brilliant top quality international restaurants where you can dine in style. Some are Michelin starred and offer an excellent selection of carefully prepared fare featuring cuisines from around the globe.

The area is served by Knightsbridge Tube Station (Piccadilly line) which is right beside Harrods (accessible by pedestrian tunnel) and the underground station at Hyde Park Corner is just 7 minutes’ walk away. The nearest railway station is Victoria. If you are driving to London, you will be pleased to note that NCP car parking is available at Knightsbridge Green and Pavilion Road.

Whilst in the Knightsbridge and Kensington area you can visit the Albert Memorial, Wellington Arch, Apsley House, Brompton Oratory, the Royal Albert Hall, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
