For stays of 30 days continuous or more, the following terms and conditions apply:

• two weeks notification of cancellation/amendment
• two weeks non-refundable deposit payable upfront on confirmation.
• for every addition month of stay one extra weeks deposit required
• balance payable on arrival at the hotel if staying one month
• if staying longer – one month on arrival, then at the end of each month another month needs to be prepaid for the next month (so always in credit)
• as we come towards the end of the stay the non-refundable deposit that was prepaid prior to arrival will be used to credit against the final weeks.
